An analysis of the Innovation of Crisis Management Mechanism of the University Campus in China

Currently, China is in the period of social transformation, massive internal and external of college and universities environment changes create frequent crisis in campus. Although some progress has been gained in crisis management of colleges and universities in China recently, there are still some problems. In order to improve the level of China's university campus crisis management, this paper put forward the innovation of management mechanism to deal with campus crises to solve these problems based on the description of the campus crisis, further analyzed the existing campus crisis management mechanism in China.
