Abstract:
From the characteristics of practical teaching problems in NCO academies, practice teaching, countermeasures, the paper plans to improve the quality of practical teaching. And three aspects of the practical teaching of NCO academies are discussed on how to carry out scientific and practical teaching to enhance personnel training efficiency in the actual conditions.
