Abstract:
The core of principal-agent theory is to solve incentive problem of the principal to the agent when the conflict of interest and information asymmetry. This paper analyzes traditional bilateral principal-agent theory with research purpose, basic assumptions, model establishment, solution and conclusion as basic framework, and summarizes three extended forms of principal-agent theory.
